MORE BYBashir Badr

udāsī āsmāñ hai dil mirā kitnā akelā hai

parinda shaam ke pul par bahut ḳhāmosh baiThā hai

maiñ jab so jā.ūñ in āñkhoñ pe apne hoñT rakh denā

yaqīñ aa jā.egā palkoñ tale bhī dil dhaḌaktā hai

tumhāre shahr ke saare diye to so ga.e kab ke

udasi aasman hai dil mera kitna akela hai

parinda sham ke pul par bahut KHamosh baiTha hai

main jab so jaun in aankhon pe apne honT rakh dena

yaqin aa jaega palkon tale bhi dil dhaDakta hai

tumhaare shahr ke sare diye to so gae kab ke

agar fursat mile pani ki tahriron ko paDh lena

har ek dariya hazaron sal ka afsana likhta hai

mujhe malum hai qismat ka likkha bhi badalta hai
