روز بنیاد اٹھاتا ہوں نئی
روز سیلاب بہا کر لے جائے
حسن والوں میں کوئی ایسا ہو
جو مجھے مجھ سے چرا کر لے جائے
رنگ رخسار پہ اتراؤ نہیں
جانے کب وقت اڑا کر لے جائے
کسے معلوم کہاں کون کسے
اپنے رستے پہ لگا کر لے جائے
آفتابؔ ایک تو ایسا ہو کہیں
جو ہمیں اپنا بنا کر لے جائے
